Samantha R. Donne is an associate with Avery | Kill, LLC. Samantha has concentrated her practice primarily in family law and has represented clients in all aspects of domestic relations matters including custody disputes, property division, child support, and post-decree matters.

Samantha earned her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

While in law school, Samantha volunteered as a legal advocate with Family Rescue, a domestic violence agency, aiding victims of domestic violence in petitioning for orders of protection. She also interned at the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office using her 711 license to represent minor children in custody disputes as a Child’s Representative. Samantha continues to volunteer as a Child’s Representative with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.
